We hope you like what you ordered! But in case if you are not 100% satisfied, we have made the return process very easy.

* How do I return the product?

Step 1: Please contact our Customer service team to start the return process with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Video or photo of the faulty product

Step 2: Insert your receipt, along with the items, back into the original packaging.

Step 3: Fill out all three copies of the Returns Pro-Forma Invoice Form. Insert all copies in the transparent envelope and attach it to the package without closing it. These documents are required for customs, so please be sure to complete all 3 copies.

Step 4: Turn package over to the courier, after the courier has checked the return shipment, please close the package securely.

In case of a return, your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping costs will not be refunded by “SretMiss"  in case of returns.

Once your package reaches us, please allow  14 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your own expense. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

1. We will process your request within 5 business days after receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment account upon your request.

2. Please note that the refund of payment "Online Banking" and "Cash on Delivery " cannot be withdrawn to your bank account. 3.Note: Original shipping fees and shipping guarantees are non-refundable.

1.Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all original tags attached.

2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, underwear, swimwear, accessories, panties, event & party supplies, DIY accessories, pet supplies, beauty and accessories. (except the scarf Mermaid bags and blankets)

3. Products marked with a non-returnable mark and free gifts are non-refundable.

1. Please do not send returns to the address on your parcel. That is not a return address and will affect the processing of your return.

2. Please double check the item to be returned before shipping. We are not responsible for returns of non-SretMiss items.

3. If you have received a damaged/defective item, please contact SretMiss customer service within 24 hours of receipt.

4.We accept order cancellations before product processing. If the order is cancelled by that time, you will get a full refund.

If the product has already been shipped out, we will unfortunately be unable to cancel the order.
